            A member of the Top 100 Demon Players of All-Time roster chosen during the 2007 Demon Football Centennial Celebration, Necaise won All-America and All-Southland honors at defensive end as a senior in 1990 after setting the single-season school record with 15.5 sacks. His career total of 28.5 still stands as the school’s all-time best as well.
            The Waveland, Miss., native, who is a youth counselor, made 191 career tackles, 40.5 behind the line, and intercepted three passes in just two seasons after transferring from junior college. He was the All-Louisiana Newcomer of the Year in 1989 and twice a first-team All-Louisiana pick.
