Grisham Calhoun, a Shreveport native, was a four-time All-Southland Conference outfielder from 1990-93, twice earning first-team (1991, 1992) honors for NSU. She still ranks second all-time at NSU in walks drawn in a season (36, 1990), is third in career runs (125), walks (84) and at bats (741), fourth in triples (9), and is fifth in steals (60).  Outstanding defensively in centerfield, she helped the Lady Demons win the 1991 Southland championship as NSU had a four-year record of 149-48-2 (.638).
