2019 Season: CoSIDA Academic All-District VI selection started all 12 games at safety ... finished second on the team in tackles with 75 and tied for second with a pair of interceptions ... added three tackles for loss and one sack while breaking up four passes ... his 46 solo stops were second on the team ... recorded seven tackles, one for loss, in a 31-28 win at Sam Houston State on Nov. 16 ... made his second interception of the season, this one on a tipped ball, and broke up another against Lamar on Nov. 9 ... had back-to-back 10-tackle games at McNeese (Nov. 2) and at Incarnate Word (Oct. 26) ... all 10 of his tackles at UIW were solo stops ... had an end zone interception and returned it 10 yards against Central Arkansas on Oct. 19 ... recorded eight tackles against Central Arkansas and at Nicholls (Oct. 12) ... had six tackles and a 7-yard sack against Southeastern Louisiana on Sept. 28 ... playing close to home, he made 10 tackles (5 solo) at No. 4 LSU on Sept. 14 ... broke up passes in each of the first two games of the season (at UT Martin, Aug. 29; vs. Midwestern State, Sept. 7).
2018 Season: Southland Conference All-Academic selection who played in all 11 games, starting seven ... Academic All-District VI pick … was third on the team, including second among defensive backs, in tackles with 81 ... second on the team with 37 solo stops ... tied for second on the team with two interceptions ... tied for fifth with two pass break-ups ... had 1.5 tackles for loss ... registered a season-high 11 tackles each against Sam Houston State, Abilene Christian and Stephen F. Austin ... his interception against Grambling thwarted a rally and kept the Demons ahead by two scores ... returned three kickoffs for 45 yards.
2017 Season: Second consecutive season on All-Academic Southland Conference with a 3.6 GPA in industrial engineering technology … CoSIDA Academic All-District member … third on the team with 69 tackles and is the top returning tackler … made 10 starts at safety and has 11 career starts … career-high 14 tackles vs. ACU, including 10 solo stops … had at least four tackles in eight other games … pair of seven-tackle games vs. UCA and McNeese … six-tackle games include Grambling and Nicholls … made two tackles for loss, one vs. SLU and the other vs. HBU … forced two fumbles (Nicholls and HBU) … broke up two passes with one quarterback hurry.
2016 Season: Earned his Academic All-Southland honor with a 3.87 GPA and 38 tackles, 31 solo … his tackle total was second among Demon defensive backs, sixth overall on the NSU defense … also blocked a kick at Lamar, forced a fumble at Southeastern Louisiana and had four pass breakups to share team lead … season-best eight tackles at McNeese and in the following game vs. Nicholls … four tackles in win over Kentucky Wesleyan, also at Abilene Christian, Lamar and Southeastern, forcing a fumble vs. SLU.
