2019 Season: Appeared in 10 games in his first season at Northwestern State … led the Demons with eight punt returns and added 125 yards on seven kick returns … had a season-long 11-yard catch at McNeese on Nov. 2 … rushed for 12 yards on four carries and caught a 5-yard pass against Central Arkansas on Oct. 19 … made his first career catch as a Demon, an 8-yarder, against Midwestern State on Sept. 7 ... returned three kicks for 50 yards in his Demons' debut and had a 97-yard touchdown return called back at UT Martin on Aug. 29.
Prior to NSU: Did not appear in a game at Purdue in 2018, but led the Boilermakers in the spring game with 118 receiving yards … In 2017, appeared in three games but did not record a statistic.
High School: Labeled a two-star receiver (Rivals) out of Wheeler High in Georgia ... broke school records for single-season touchdowns, yards and catches in his final two years ... one of the first players to play in the Big Ten from Wheeler High ... attended Purdue on a football and baseball scholarship after playing three baseball seasons in high school ... member of the school's chess club, dance team and school newspaper ... enjoyed reading to special needs kids before games ... volunteered with community services in Marietta.
