2017 Southland Conference Commissioner’s Fall Honor Roll
2019 Season: Recovered from an early-season injury to appear in five games ... had a season-high four knockdowns at Houston Baptist on Sept. 21, playing a season-high 12 snaps.
2018 Season: Played in seven games, starting against McNeese … recorded double-digit knockdowns in six of the seven games he appeared in … registered a season-high 16 knockdowns against Southeastern Louisiana … had 14 knockdowns against Abilene Christian.
2017 Season: Started the first two games of the season at center … didn’t make another appearance … graded at 73 percent at La. Tech in 73 snaps … posted a 55 percent grade at Grambling (66 snaps).
Prior to NSU: Spent two years at Air Force and one year at the Academy’s prep school … lettered one season for the Falcons, helping Air Force reach and win the Arizona Bowl … Falcons went 10-3 in Rapp’s one season as a letterman and won the Commander-In-Chief’s Trophy.
High School: Three-sport letterman at The Woodlands High School … three-year football letterman for coach Mark Schmid … named first-team all-region, all-district and All-Montgomery County as a senior … team captain as a senior along with former NSU teammate Zak Krolczyk … also was a Houston Touchdown Club Scholar Athlete finalist … first-team all-district pick as a junior … helped lead The Woodlands to a 30-9 record, three playoff appearances and three district championships … three-year powerlifting letterman for coach Craig Smith … finished fifth in the 275-pound class at the Montgomery Powerlifting Meet as a junior … two-year letterman in track and field, throwing the shot put and discus for coach Gary Madore … four-year academic letterman … three-time Rotary Club Student of the Year … member of Mu Alpha Theta.
Personal: Born July 1, 1995 … son of Danielle and Jim Rapp … majoring in business administration with a 3.8 GPA … plans to work as a financial advisor … life’s ambition is to “establish financial security, get married, raise and family and make it proud.”
