2021 Fall: Appeared in nine games, all starts ... shared the team lead with six pass breakups ... forced a fumble and recorded three tackles it Southeastern on Nov. 13 ... tied his season high with four tackles and added an end-zone interception and a pass breakup at Nicholls on Oct. 30 ... notched a season-high four tackles and a pass breakup in an Oct. 16 loss to McNeese ... recovered a fumble that led to the game-winning touchdown at Houston Baptist on Oct. 9 ... returned after a two-game absence against UIW, collecting four tackles, including one for a loss, on Oct. 2 ... extended his streak of games with an interception to four, picking off Jace Ruder on the first play of the second half of the season opener at North Texas.
2021 Spring: Played in the opener vs. Nicholls, intercepting a pass in the end zone for his sixth turnover in his last six games dating back to 2019 ... made two tackles against Nicholls.
2019 Season: Appeared in nine games, starting six, including the final five of the season ... posted his second two-interception game in the Nov. 21 season finale against Stephen F. Austin ... added a season-best five tackles and a pass breakup against the Lumberjacks ... returned an interception 96 yards for a go-ahead touchdown at the end of the first half of a 31-28 win at Sam Houston State on Nov. 16 ... blocked an extra point at McNeese on Nov. 2 ... made three tackles, including 1.5 for a loss, forced and recovered a fumble and intercepted a pass in the end zone in a 44-41 overtime win at Incarnate Word on Oct. 26 ... made his season debut Sept. 14 at LSU, recording four tackles after missing the first two games of the season.
2018 Season: Made an impression in his second career game, intercepting two passes and registering a sack against Sam Houston State ... had career-high seven tackles vs. SHSU ... played in eight games, starting three ... finished season with 14 tackles and three pass break-ups to go along with his sack and two interceptions ... two breakups came at Stephen F. Austin.
High School: Three-year letterman at cornerback who helped Cypress Ranch High to playoff wins in each of his last two seasons ... made five interceptions as a senior to go with a defensive touchdown, 12 pass breakups and three forced fumbles ... made 40 tackles ... as a junior, broke up 15 passes to pair with 50 tackles ... intercepted one pass and forced three fumbles ... graduated with a 4.34 GPA.
