Prior to NSU: Spent two seasons at Georgia State,appearing in one game against Troy in the 2020 season.

High School: Three-sport standout played football and basketball and competed in track and field at Deerfield Beach High School and Stoneman Douglas High School ... helped lead Deerfield Beach to a 13-2 mark and a berth in the Class 8A semifinals as a senior ... as a junior, recorded 15 tackles for loss, 13 quarterback hurries, nine sacks and two pass breakups ... ran a 22.4 200 meters as a 230-pound sophomore.
