2021 Fall: Appeared in all 11 games, starting seven ... seventh on the team with 32 tackles ... had seven tackles, including a tackle for loss, against McNeese on Oct. 16 ... tallied five tackle and recorded a quarterback hurry in an Oct. 9 win at Houston Baptist ... posted a career-high eight tackles while making his first career start at North Texas on Sept. 4.
2021 Spring: Appeared in five games at linebacker and on special teams, making 16 tackles ... season-high seven tackles at UIW, where he forced and recovered a fumble ... made five tackles at Lamar ... had three tackles and half a sack vs. McNeese.
Prior to NSU: First-team All-American and conference Defensive Player of the Year as a sophomore at Trinity Valley after recording 131 tackles (7.5 for loss), three fumble recoveries, one sack and one pass breakup ... honorable mention all-conference as a freshman after making 36 tackles ... graduated with a 3.1 grade point average and was an academic all-conference honoree.
High School: Two-year captain for coach Chris Massey’s Deer ... named first-team all-district as a linebacker and a long snapper as a senior and was the team’s Defensive Player of the Year for the district champions ... first-team all-district linebacker and long snapper as a junior when Deer Park went 7-4 ... academic all-district selection graduated with a 3.1 grade point average.
Personal: Born Feb. 12, 1999 ... son of Alana and Terry Moser ... father played football at the University of Houston ... has one brother, Chance, and one sister, Liane ... majoring in general studies with a concentration in business and has a 3.12 grade point average ... plans to enter the military after graduation ... life’s ambition is to have a beautiful family and be the best man he can.
