2022 Season: Recorded three tackles, two pass breakups, two quarterback hurries and a sack in an Oct. 15 win at Houston Christian ... picked up a season-best 10 tackles (one for loss) at Eastern Illinois on Oct. 8 ... recorded his first sack of the season as part of a four-tackle performance in an Oct. 1 win against Nicholls ... had his first full tackle for loss, a 7-yarder, among four total tackles in a Sept. 24 win against Lamar ... notched a season-high three tackles at Southern Miss on Sept. 17 ... blocked a pair of extra points in a Sept. 10 loss to Grambling.
2021 Fall: Appeared in all 11 games, starting 10 ... led Northwestern State in tackles (68) and ranked second in tackles for loss (9.5) ... had a career-high 3.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks and a season-best 11 tackles in a Nov. 6 win against Houston Baptist ... intercepted a pass at Nicholls on Oct. 30, his first pick since the 2019 season opener at UT Martin ... racked up a 10 tackles and a career-best three tackles for loss in an Oct. 16 loss to McNeese ... tallied five tackles, a pass breakup and a quarterback hurry in an Oct. 9 win at Houston Christian ... had six tackles, including two for loss, and two quarterback hurries against UIW on Oct. 2 ... recorded seven tackles and a half-tackle for loss at Alcorn on Sept. 11 ... notched eight tackles, including 0.5 for loss, in the season opener at North Texas on Sept. 4.
2021 Spring: FCS Coaches All-America Second Team ... First-Team All-Conference linebacker who led NSU in tackles (54, 4th in the SLC in tackles/game at 9), tackles for loss (8, 5th in SLC) and sacks (3) ... forced three fumbles (Nicholls, SLU and Sam Houston) with four QB hurries as the hard hitter of a defensive unit that ranked third in the SLC spring league with 30 points allowed per game ... three double-digit tackle efforts – 13 vs. Nicholls, 11 vs. Sam Houston and 11 vs. UIW ... added eight tackles and a PBU vs. Lamar ... had seven tackles (two TFLs, one sack) at SLU ... had sacks against SLU, SHSU and UIW.
2019 Season: Appeared in 11 games, starting eight ... led the Demons with nine tackles for loss and tied for the team lead with four sacks ... finished fourth on the team in tackles with 61 (32 solo) ... recorded at least a full tackle for loss in the final six games of the season ... after missing the Southeastern Louisiana game, finished the season with 7.5 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks in the final seven games ... had 10 tackles and a pair of quarterback hurries against Stephen F. Austin in the season finale ... had 1.5 tackles for loss and returned a fumble 24 yards to set up a touchdown in a 34-13 win against Lamar on Nov. 9 .. had sacks at Sam Houston State (Nov. 16), at Incarnate Word (Oct. 26) and vs. Midwestern State (Sept. 7) ... produced seven tackles and a forced fumble against Central Arkansas on Oct. 19 ... returned from injury against Nicholls and recorded six tackles and a pass breakup ... had 1.5 tackles for loss and five overall tackles against Midwestern State on Sept. 7 ... notched his first career interception and added a team-leading seven tackles in the season opener at UT Martin on Aug. 29, which marked his first career start.
2018 Season: Appeared in 10 games as a freshman ... made 15 tackles, including eight solo ... had a season-high six tackles in the Homecoming win over Houston Christian ... third on the team with five quarterback hurries ... had a sack and recovered a fumble against Houston Baptist ... broke up a pass against Central Arkansas.
High School: Two-year letterman at Port Arthur Memorial High School who played his first two years at Monsignor Kelly High School ... named to the Beaumont Enterprise first team and was the district defensive MVP after recording 24 tackles (seven for loss) and 12 quarterback hurries as a senior ... second-team Super Gold selection as a junior linebacker and a first-team all-district selection as Memorial reached the third round of the state playoffs and went 11-1 ... started for two seasons at Monsignor Kelly and was a second-team all-district pick both seasons ... three-time second-team all-district basketball player whose Memorial team started 11-0 and ranked No. 4 in the state.
