Friederich in High School:  Team captain at Rusk HS his senior season... earned second team all-district honors at center... offensive lineman player of the week five times and graded out 85 percent or better during his senior season... academic all-district as a junior and senior... Male Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2009... graduated with a 3.94 gpa... top 10 percent of his class... National Honor Society... Boy’s State... Student Council... FFA... sophomore class president... junior class favorite... cheerleader beau... lettered two years in football, two in golf, two in powerlifting, and one in baseball.

Friederich’s Personal:  Born Aug. 25, 1991... son of Mike and Glynis Friederich... father is a computer programmer and mother is a teacher... one sister, Ellie (17)... majoring in biology and plans after Northwestern includes being a quality control lab technician... ambition is to become a professional singer/songwriter.
