High School: An all-state, all-parish, and all-district cornerback... earned all-district and all-parish honors as a wide receiver/running back... U.S. Army Red Stick Bowl... three times named player of the game... team finished 12-2 his senior year, won the district title and advanced to the semifinals of the state playoffs... a district and regional champion in the 400 meter dash and placed third at the state meet... district champion in the long jump... was forced to transfer to St. John HS for his senior season after his old school shut down... Academic All-State... four year honor roll student... Student of the quarter... Student Government... Beta Club President... graduated with a 3.88 GPA... lettered four years in football, four in track, and two in basketball.
