High School: Helped Santa Fe HS to the bi-district finals… 2010 first-team All-District, first-team All-County and team MVP as a senior while recording 81 tackles, 4 sacks and 16 QB hurries with an interception and 6 forced fumbles … 12 tackles for loss … scored two touchdowns as a fullback under coach Jay Buckner… honorable mention all-district as a junior at defensive end with 45 tackles, 4 sacks as Santa Fe went 6-5 and was a bi-district playoff entry … 51 tackles, 5 sacks as a sophomore… three sport athlete (football, powerlifting and track) and eight varsity letters… career 176 tackles and six forced fumbles… fifth in regional and state powerlifting as a junior … FFA president and reporter … coached a powder puff team as a freshman and sophomore.
