After breaking five NSU records and tying another during the 2014 season, the receiver/returner has three more career records well within reach. Needs eight receptions (currently at 119), 740 receiving yards (1,484) and 974 all-purpose yards (4,052) to break those records.
 
2014 Season: Broke five NSU program records and tied another … set career kickoff return yardage (2,125), single-season kickoff return yardage (1,045), single-season kickoff returns (45), single-season receptions (73) by 19 catches, single-game receiving yardage (238 vs. McNeese) and tied the single-game receptions mark (13 vs. Abilene Christian) … ranks fifth all-time on NSU’s all-purpose career yardage chart, needing 728 yards to break Toby Zeigler’s record of 5,025 yards gained in 2002-05 … team-high 908 receiving yards on 73 catches … tied team-high with six receiving touchdowns … six games of at least 70 receiving yards, including McNeese State (238 yards), Missouri State (107 yards) and Abilene Christian (126 yards) … second in the FCS in all-purpose yardage (180.8 yards per game) … averaged 23.2 yards per kick return on 45 attempts … averaged 10 yards per punt return on 21 attempts with an 80-yard touchdown against Stephen F. Austin.
 
2013 Season: Team’s second-leading receiver and top return guy … his 585 receiving yards were second behind Louis Hollier, and his 46 receptions led the team … first on the team in punt returns (13), punt return yards (124), kick returns (34) and kick return yards (798) … both kickoff return yards and returns were NSU records at the time … seven receptions for 145 yards and a touchdown against Southeastern Louisiana … six catches for 98 yards and a touchdown vs. Southern… 75 yards receiving and a touchdown on three catches at McNeese State … punt return for a touchdown (50 yards) against Langston, and finished with 63 yards in that game … five kickoff returns for 139 yards against Central Arkansas and five returns for 145 yards against Stephen F. Austin … 72 kickoff return yards against Sam Houston and 71 against Lamar. 
 
2012 Season: Played in nine games as a cornerback and on special teams … recorded four tackles at Nevada and vs. Lamar… forced a fumble at Stephen F. Austin and had two tackles … had kick return for an 82-yard touchdown against Sam Houston State, finished game with 122 yards … collected 98 all-purpose yards at Central Arkansas, 81 kick return and 17 punt return … 68 kick return yards on four attempts at SFA.
 
High School: Had three interceptions and returned two punts, one kickoff and one fumble recovery for touchdowns as a senior … earned all-state, all-metro and all-district honors … intercepted eight passes and had one punt return for a touchdown his junior season where he earned all-state, all-metro and all-district honors … picked off a state record five passes in one game … team finished 10-3 … had five interceptions and returned two punts for touchdowns in an 8-3 sophomore season … lettered four years in football, four in track and field and one in basketball … was the long jump regional champion and finished third in the state as a junior.
