2016 Season: Coming off a broken ankle sustained in 2016 spring practice, Guidry gradually rounded into form during his junior season … played in eight games, averaged 4.5 tackles per contest, and shared the team lead with 5.5 tackles for lost yards … also broke up two passes … season-best eight tackles, 1.5 for loss, at Lamar … seven tackles and a pass breakup at Central Arkansas … six stops at Southeastern.
2015 Season: Appeared in all 11 games, started two of the last three at linebacker … made 30 tackles … tied for second on the team with five tackles for loss … had 1.5 sacks, including one against Abilene Christian (11/7) … made his only interception against ACU … season-high seven tackles against Nicholls (10/31) … added six tackles against Stephen F. Austin (11/21), five tackles against Sam Houston (11/14) and four against ULL (9/12).

High School: All-State and Academic All-State linebacker … chosen for the Louisiana East/West All-Star Game … 111 tackles as a senior while winning Defensive MVP honors on the all-region team … two-year team defensive MVP, first-team All-District 7-5A, first-team all-region … had 106 stops as a junior … started at running back as a senior for coach Dennis Skains … helped Tarpons to 9-1 record, district title in junior season … four-year football letterman as a running back, linebacker and on special teams … 3.75 GPA.
