High School: All-state, all-district, all-metro his senior season after compiling 140 tackles, two interceptions, and three forced fumbles... had 111 tackles, two interceptions, two forced fumbles and an touchdown en route to all-district honors as a junior... all-district his sophomore season after totaling 110 tackles... team played in the semifinal round of the state playoffs as a junior and advanced to the second round his senior season... also an all-district baseball player... lettered in football, baseball, and track.
