2018 Season: Played in eight games ... recorded nine tackles, including three solo ... registered a sack in the Homecoming win against Houston Baptist...recorded a season-high three tackles against Central Arkansas...had a quarterback hurry in the win over rival Stephen F. Austin.

2017 Season: Did not appear in a game.

2016 Season: Redshirted.

High School: Made 179 career tackles, 25 for lost yardage for coach Alan Carter’s Flyers … as a senior, recorded 82 tackles, 10 for loss, three sacks and forced three fumbles … as a junior, made 65 tackles, 10 for loss, five sacks, forced two fumbles, recovered two fumbles and scored a touchdown on one of the recoveries … made 32 tackles, five for loss and two sacks in his sophomore season … lettered three times in both football and lacrosse … carries a 3.6 grade point average.
           
Personal: Born July 2, 1998 … son of Patrick Turner and Shawnda Sumlin … mother is a lab technician … has older brothers Kendrick Patrick and Labaron ... one sister Kelshia ... majoring in psychology with a 3.3 GPA in an occupational therapy concentration ... goal is to become an occupational therapist.
