Spring 2018: Named Delaney Bowl Offensive MVP with six catches for 151 yards and a touchdown.
2017 Season: Made 14 catches for 147 yards and one touchdown in 11 appearances at receiver … backed up Marquisian Chapman as a second-stringer, but appeared in every game … his 15-yard catch against Lamar was his first since 2014 … career-high four catches and 30 receiving yards against HBU … caught 4-yard touchdown vs. Sam Houston State … career-long catch of 21 yards vs. ACU.
2016 Season: Awarded a medical redshirt after appearing in the first four games of the season before suffering a season-ending shoulder injury … did not catch a pass in appearances against Baylor, Incarnate Word, Central Arkansas and Southeastern Louisiana.
2015 Season: Appeared in the first five games of the season and six overall … didn’t catch a pass, but was a second-string receiver in multiple positions.
2014 Season: Saw action in four games … caught both of his passes against Incarnate Word for a total of 32 yards … long reception of 24 yards.
High School: Helped New Iberia to second round of 5A playoffs as a junior and a senior … team made the playoffs in his sophomore season.
Personal: Born Jan. 30, 1996 … Son of Wendel and Connie Bourque … has six siblings … brothers Blake, Derrick, Trent and Brody and sisters Courtney and Kelsey.
