2004: Had one of the season's most memorable plays with a 34-yard reception at Jackson State, his only catch of the year...It was a momentum boost as the Demons surged to a 21 second-quarter points after a sluggish start in a 28-20 road win...He had a nice catch on a crossing pattern, then rumbled down the Demon sideline and ran through a defender before getting hauled down...Played frequently, but otherwise in a blocking role throughout the season.

2003: Collected 15 tackles, including a sack for 11 yards, in spot duty up front for the purple swarm defense.

2002: Did not play.

High school: A two-time first-team Class 3A All-State pick...As a senior, he played on a Redemptorist team that went 14-1, winning a second straight district title and reaching the state championship game at the Superdome Classic...Named Defensive MVP for the Wolves and on the All-District team as a senior under coach Sid Edwards...A first-team All-Metro pick as a junior and senior...A three-year All-District selection...Team went 30-4 in his final three seasons...Lettered four times in football, once in basketball and once in baseball...Was also treasurer of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes huddle at Redemptorist...Also received award award for "Outstanding Achievements in Math and Physical Education."
