Greenhouse stepped right into the opportunity presented by the Purple Swarm's shift to a 4-3-4 scheme, taking over as a starter. He could play any of the linebacker slots, and has the athletic ability to play all over the field. Nicknamed “Ike,” this vocal Fellowship of Christian Athletes leader is a dynamic special teams player who had opposing kick return teams breaking their schemes to defend against him.
2008: Collected 42 tackles, 23 of those solos… had one sack and 3.5 tackles for a loss… also had one pass interception which he returned 69 yards for a touchdown against Southeastern Oklahoma… also forced a fumble… had a season-high seven tackles against SE Oklahoma… recorded six tackles against Texas A&M-Commerce in the season opener… had a sack and 1.5 tackles for a loss at Southeastern Louisiana.
2007: Finished with 25 tackles including 2.5 tackles for a loss and a half sack in 11 games played... four quarterback hurries, a pass break up and fumble recovery... 19 of his 25 stops were solos.
2006: Had 25 tackles in 11 games played… one sack and one tackle for a loss with three fumbles forced, one fumble recovery and two quarterback hurries… season-best five stops at Kansas in the season opener… had three tackles and a sack at Stephen F. Austin.
2005: Redshirted.

Greenhouse's Personal: Born July 15, 1987... son of Newman and Connie Greenhouse... father is the Chief of Police of Marksville... three brothers, Newman III, Kendrick, and Jervis, and three sisters, Nieka, Athena and Carmen… majoring in general studies with a minor in social science and is scheduled to graduate in December… nickname is “Ike.”
