2007 ALL-SLC HONORABLE MENTION
Henderson is being projected as a possible late-round 2009 NFL Draft pick due to his combination of speed, agility, size and power. His athleticism and intelligence make him a potential starter at all of the offensive line positions. He's started at guard and has played outside at right tackle, but could also wind up at center this fall. He missed spring practice after offseason knee surgery following a late-season 2007 injury but was way ahead of pace in his rehabilitation during spring practice, walking through drills.

2007: Graded out at 79 percent for the season after playing in 10 games... graded out at 80 percent or better in four games with a high of 84% against Texas State and Stephen F. Austin... had 58 knockdown blocks with a high of 13 at Sam Houston State and at McNeese State.
2006: Played in all 11 games grading out with an average of 62%... best grade of 79% in 65 plays against Texas State... totaled 29.5 knockdown blocks.
Prior to NSU: Attended Ole Miss for two seasons, redshirting in 2004.
Henderson in High School: Was a three-year starter and rated Super South Top 200 status from Max Emfinger... named to Louisiana’ Top 25 list by the Shreveport Times and Rivals.com... named to SuperPrep Southwest team as well as PrepStar All-Region squad... was honorable mention selection on Baton Rouge Advocate Louisiana Super Dozen.. made Mobile Register Super Southeast 120... rated No. 25 in Louisiana by Rivals.com... earned first team All-State, All-District, and All-City honors... rated Class 5A Lineman of the Year... also All-District pick as a junior... helped lead Evangel Christian Academy to two Class 5A state championships (2001 and 2002) and runner-up spot in 2003, putting together 14-1, 14-1 and 11-4 records... had 60 tackles and 5.5 QB sacks as a senior... earned three letters in football... also lettered in basketball.
