Biography

High School: Started all four years for the Bixby Spartans varsity softball team at second base and left field….picked up three consecutive Class 5A Metro Lakes All-Conference selections along with two Tulsa World All-Metro and Class 6A Frontier Academic All-Conference honors…..freshman season, team captured the Oklahoma Class 5A regional and state championships while earning one of two consecutive selections on the Class 5A Metro Lakes Academic All-Conference ….junior season, Candice was named to the Class 6A Metro Lakes Conference team….senior season, she capped her high school career with a Class 6A Frontier All-Conference and All-Academic selection while the team went 21-13…was a four-year letterman in softball and a senior season letterman in track……selected to the National Honor Society, served as a student athletic trainer and participated in FCA, FCCLA, Safe Team, Tunnel Crew, Student Council….graduated in 2011 with a 3.8 GPA.

Personal: Born Candice Melyn Biggs on October 1, 1992…the daughter of Gary and Sharon Biggs….has one sister, Kindal (5)….majoring in nursing…..her career plans after graduation involve becoming a pediatric nurse….her life’s ambition is to “help others, have a lovely family and live out God’s plan.”
