Biography

2013 Season: Outdoor – Competed in two meets for the Lady Demons…finished 14th in the javelin (92-07) and 19th in the shot put (24-02.50) at the Southeastern Lion Invitational. 

2012 Season: Did not compete.
 
High School: State runner-up in the 100m hurdles her junior year…voted MVP of district 2-3A regionals her senior year…member of the Nation Honors Society.
 
Personal: Daughter of Sheila Woods…born on March 15, 1992…has three sisters, Rodreika, Shakeila and Garesha…majoring in health and exercise sciences.
