th…finished 14

2012 Season: Outdoor- Competed in the 800m, 1500m, 3000m, 3000m steeplechase and 1 mile run….registered a personal-best 1500m time of 5:01.06 at the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational…ran a personal record and school record 3000m steeplechase time of 11:28.70 at the Bobby Lane Invitational, placing fifth…finished 13
th at the SLC Championships in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 12:22.34.
Indoor- Competed in the 3000m, 5000m and 1 mile run...finished 16
th at the SLC Championships in the 5000m at 19:49.19.
2011 Season: Outdoor - Primarily competed in the 3000m steeple chase with a best time of 11:55.56 at the SLC Championships for a 16th place finish… finished third at the LSU Alumni Gold with a mark of 11:55.98… finished with a 12:05.33 at the UTA Bobby Lane Invitational… in the 800m finished with a 2:38.77 mark at the Demon Invitational… finished fifth at the Demon Invitational in the 1500m with a 5:11.53… placed fifth in the Louisiana Classics in the 5000m with a 19:58.19 time.
Indoor - Placed 7th at the McNeese Indoor in the 3000 meters (11:59.39)…finished 10th in the 1-mile run with the time of 5:58.92 at Texas A&M.
2010 Season: Had her best finishes of the season with a sixth-place finish in the 3000 meters at the Louisiana Classics and eighth place in the 3000 Steeple Chase at the LSU Alumni Gold…At the Ty Terrell Relays, she marked a respectable time of 5:18.15 in the 1500 meters…she recorded a 19:43.14 time, her best 5000m time of the season, at the UTA Bobby Lane track and field meet.
High School: Lettered in soccer, cross country and track in her high school career… track team finished third at state in freshman, sophomore and junior seasons… Won the state championship senior year… In her freshman year, took home eighth place in her individual contest… improved the next two seasons, finishing seventh her junior season and sixth in her final year at St. Joseph’s.
Personal: Daughter of Blaine and Darla Fontenot…born Dec. 18, 1990…has one brother, Evan…majoring in health and exercise sciences with plans to graduate in May of 2013.
