2013 Season: Outdoor – Was a member of the third place 4x400 team (3:45.36) and the fourth place 4x100 team (46.10) at the SLC Championships…ran a season-best 200m time of 24.32 in the prelims at the SLC Championships, placing ninth…finished 14th in the prelims of the 100m dash at the SLC Championships with a season-best time of 12.14…came in fifth in the 400m dash at the Skechers/SFA Alumni Invitational, crossing the finish line in 57.24. Indoor- Ran a season-best 200m time of 25.85 at the MSSU Lion Open, finishing fifth…member of the second place 4x400 team (3:49.42) at the SLC Championships.

2012 Season: Outdoor- Competed in the 200m, 4x100, 4x200, 4x400 and 1600m sprint medley…finished ninth in the 200m at the SLC Championships with a season-best time of 24.24…took sixth place in the 4x100 at the SLC Championships with a time of 45.80…member of the 4x400 team that broke the NSU record with a 3:38.26 mark and second place finish at the SLC Championships…placed 19 th in the 4x400 at the NCAA East Preliminaries (3:38.58). Indoor- Finished 18th in the 200m dash at the SLC Championships (25.64)…member of the third place 4x400 team at the SLC Championships (3:51.15)…finished first at the LSU Twilight meet in the 4x400 with a time of 3:48.86.
 
2011 Season: Outdoor- Competed in the 200m, 400m, 4x100, 4x200, 4x400, and 1600m sprint med­ley…finished fourth at the SLC Championships in the 200m with a time of 24.48… best time in the 200m was in the prelims of the SLC Champi­onships with a mark of 24.04…finished first in the 4x100 at the Demon Invitational with a time of 46.41… took first at the Texas Relays in the 4x200 with a time of 1:37.07…best time in the 4x400 was at the Demon Invitational with a mark of 3:43.66 and a first place finish…ran a 3:58.75 time in the 1600 sprint medley at the Texas Relays. Indoor- Finished third at McNeese in the 200 meter dash with a time of 26.50 seconds….had her best time in the 200m at the Houston Invitational, clocking in at 25.50…in the 400, ranked second at McNeese and recorded her best time of the season at the Texas A&M Challenge with 58.77 seconds...matched that time for a ninth place finish at the SLC Championships.
 
2010 Season: Joined Shamaigun VanBuren, Angelica Kotun and Anna Forest on the 4x100 relay team that won the SLC championship and competed in the NCAA regionals... clocked in at 45.52 to win the conference race...ran a 45.25 in the 4x100 to finish first at the NSU Invitational... as part of the 4x400 relay squad, helped her team to a third place finish at the SLC Championships with a time of 3:42.74... ran a personal best 23.67 in the 200m at the NSU Invitational and finished fifth at the SLC Championships in the 400m with a time of 56.04.
 
High School: Lettered all four years in track… won district champion­ship freshman and sophomore seasons in the 4x200m and 4x400m re­lays…4x400m relay team finished third at state while 4x200m team took home fourth…sophomore year, 4x400m team placed second at state…individually, finished second in 400m at district, regionals and state in his her sophomore campaign…junior season, took home the district champi­onship in the 200m and finished second in district in the 400m…at region­als, improved to win the 400m before finishing 5th at state…in her last season at NCHS, won district and regional championships in the 400m and finished 2nd in 200m in district...recorded another 5th place finish at state in the 400m…before transferring to Natchitoches Central, set Benton HS relay records in the 400 and 200m races…member of Beta, Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) and SGO.
 
Personal: Daughter of Janet Rister and Dwayne Seibles… born March 31, 1990… has three younger sisters, LaTo­nya, Kayla and Christine…majoring psychology and addiction studies with plans to graduate in May of 2013.
