2013 Outdoor Season: Member of the second place 4x200 team that ran a time of 1:39.07 and third place 4x100 team that posted a time of 47.01 at the Bob Hayes Louisiana Challenge
. 2013 Indoor Season: Ran her season-best 400m time of 57.71 in the prelims at the SLC Championships… finished sixth in the 400m (57.74) and was a member of the second place 4x400 relay team at the SLC Championships.

th in 1:01.01… finished sixth in the 4x100 at the SLC Championships (45.80)… ran a 46.16 in the 4x100 for the best time of the year…placed second in the 4x400 at the SLC Championships with an NSU record time of 3:38.26… finished 19
th in the 4x400 (3:38.58) at the NCAA East Preliminaries… finished the season with three first place finishes in both the 400m hurdles and the 4x400.
2012 Indoor Season: Took first place in the 4x400 (3:48.86) at the LSU Twilight meet… finished first in the distance medley at the MSSU Lion Invite with a time of 12:56.39… ran a season-best 400m time of 57.43 at the SLC Championships, placing eighth in the prelims.
2011 Outdoor Season: Competed in the 100m and 400m hurdles, the 4x100, 4x200, 4x400 and 1600 sprint medley relay… ran at the SLC Championships in the 100m hurdles, 400m hurdles, 4x100 and 4x400… recorded a personal-best 100m hurdles time of 14.25 at the NSU Leon Johnson Invitational… placed third in the 100m hurdles at the Louisiana Classics with a time of 14.66… recorded a personal best 400m hurdles time of 1:01.36… won the 4x200 at the Texas Relays with a time of 1:37.07… recorded three first place finishes and three second place finishes in the 4x400… recorded a season-best 4x400 time of 3:40.71 at the LSY Relays to finish second.
2011 Indoor Season: Won the 400m dash at the McNeese Invitational with a time of 58.47… placed third in the 55m hurdles at the McNeese Relays with a time of 8.40… had her best finish in the 60m hurdles in the preliminaries at the Houston Invitational with a time of 9.10.
2011 Cross Country Season: Ran in five of the seven meets… best mark in a 6000m course was 26:35.0 at the Centenary Invitational on Oct. 15… ran 3-mile course in 22:06.6 at the Demon Invitational.
High School: Lettered in track and basketball all four years and volleyball for two years… track team won four straight district championships… 4x400 team won the district meet all four years… district champion in the 4x100 her first three years… district champion in the 200m as a freshman… district champion and placed third at regionals in the 400m her sophomore and junior seasons… district champion in the 100m and 300m hurdles and regional champion in the 4x400 her senior year… state champion in the 300m hurdles her senior year with the 10
th best time in the nation (42.0)… part of a basketball team that made the state playoffs all four years.
