2013 Southland Conference All-Academic Track & Field Team

2013 Outdoor Season: Runner-up in the 400m dash at the SLC Championships with a season-best time of 54.55… member of the third place 4x400 team that ran a time of 3:45.36 and the fourth place 4x100 team that ran in 46.10 at the SLC Championships… never finished outside of the top three in the 400m. 
 
2013 Indoor Season: Registered three top-three finishes in the 400m dash… had a season best time of 57.39 in the 400m at the SLC Championships, finishing fourth in the preliminaries… was a member of the second place 4x400 team (3:49.42) at the SLC Championships.

2012 Outdoor Season: Competed in the 200m, 400m, 4x100, 4x200, 4x400 and 1600m sprint medley… broke her own school record in the 400m at the SLC Championships with a blistering time of 53.63, placing second… finished in the top five in every 400m race of the season… member of the sixth-place 4x100 team (45.80) at the SLC Championships… member of the second-place and NSU record-holding 4x400 team (3:38.26)… finished 19^th in the 4x400 at the NCAA East Preliminaries (3:38.58). 
 
2012 Indoor Season: Finished in the top four in each of her 400m races… ran a season-best 400m time of 56.43 at the SLC Championships to finish fourth… member of the third-place 4x400 team at the SLC Championships (3:51.15).
 
2011 Outdoor Season:  Participated in the 200m and 400m dashes as well as the 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400 relays... finished second at the SLC Championships in the 4x400 with a time of 3:41.54… took first place in the 4x400 at the Cowboy Relays (3:46.67) and at the Louisiana Classics (3:41.86)… finished first in the 4x200 at the Texas Relays with a time of 1:07.07… won the 4x100 at the Demon Invitational (46.41)… placed third in the 400m at the SLC Championships with a 55.26 mark… ran a personal-best 400m time of 54.99 at the Louisiana Classics. 
 
2011 Indoor Season: Member of the 4x400 SLC Championship team… placed fourth at the SLC Championships in the 400m.
 
High School: Named to the Southwest Louisiana Hall of Fame… named to the all-state, all-region and all-district teams as a sophomore, junior as senior… placed second in the high jump at the outdoor state meet and second in the 400m at the indoor state meet her sophomore season… indoor and outdoor state champion in the 400m as a junior as well as third-place finisher in the high jump… indoor and outdoor state runner-up in the 400m her senior year… member of the Interact Club, Key Club, S.A.D.D., speech and debate and French immersion.
 
Personal: Daughter of Elijah Griffin and Tonda Moreland… born on Feb. 20, 1992… has four brothers, Christopher Robinson, Dedrick Griffin, Travis Coop and Tyreke Griffin… majoring in health and exercise sciences with plans to become a personal trainer or work in sports rehab.
