2013 Season: Outdoor – Posted a season-best javelin throw of 126-06 at the SLC Championships, placing ninth…registered three top-five finishes.

2012 Season: Recorded a best javelin throw of 123-10 at the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational, placing eighth…finished the season with four top-10 performances…placed seventh at the Southeastern Lions Invitational (117-06) and the Cole-Lancon Invitational (110-01).
 
2011 Season: Best throw in the javelin was a 146-00 mark giving her second place… compet­ed at the SLC Championships with a 123-06 mark to place 10th…placed third at the UTA Bobby Lane Invitational with a 125-6.5 throw…finished fourth at the Demon Invitational with a 118-06 mark… had a mark of 122-05 at the Cowboy Relays.
 
High School: Graduated from Parkway HS in Bossier City.
 
Personal: Daughter of Bruce and Kim Nock...born Dec. 10, 1990…has one brother, Tim, and one sister, Brittany...majoring in psychology with plans to graduate in May of 2013.
