st four different times in the shot put at the McNeese State Cowboy Relays, McNeese Spring Time Classic, Southeastern Lion Invitational, and the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational. Recorded her career best shot put throw at the Southeastern Lion Invitational with a mark of 49-08.25. In the hammer throw she finished 3
rd place at the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational with another career best 175-00. She had eight top-five performances in the shot put and six top-five finishes in the hammer throw.

2013 Indoor Season: Registered four top three performances in the shot put… finished third in the shot put at the SLC Championships with a personal-best mark of 47-09.75… placed fourth in the weight throw at the SLC Championships, throwing for a season-best 55-08.25.
2012 Outdoor Season: Competed in the shot put and hammer throw… finished 15th at the SLC Championships in the shot put, throwing for 38-11.00… placed third at the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational in the hammer, throwing for a personal-best 164-05… registered a 155-02 mark in the hammer at the SLC Championships, placing 10th.
2012 Indoor Season: Competed in the shot put and weight throw… threw the shot put for a season-best mark of 46-00.75 at the SLC Championships, placing fifth… took first place in the weight throw at the MSSU Lion Invite, registering a 54-09.50 mark… recorded a season-best mark of 56-00.00 in the weight throw at the LSU Twilight meet, placing third… finished sixth at the SLC Championships in the weight throw with a toss of 53-02.25.
2011 Outdoor Season: Competed at the SLC Championships in the shot put and hammer throw… threw for a 45-04.25 mark at the SLC Championships in the shot… in the hammer throw, registered a personal-best mark of 131-04 at the SLC Championships… threw the shot put 47-07.00 for a personal-best at the Demon Invitational… finished fifth in the shot at the Cowboy Relays with a 39-10.75 mark… had six top-10 finishes in the shot put and three top-10 finishes in the hammer throw.
2011 Indoor Season: Posted a sixth place finish at the Texas A&M Challenge and recorded an 11th place finish the Houston Invitational in the shot put… finished seventh at the McNeese Indoor and 11th at the Houston Invitational in the weight throw.
High School: Lettered in track and basketball all four years and volleyball for two seasons… district champion in the shot put and discus her sophomore year… repeated as district champion in both events her junior and senior seasons and became the state shot put champion in her final two years as well… was the state runner-up in discus her junior year… member of a four-time district champion basketball team.
Personal: Daughter of Una Williams and the late Leon Jackson … born on May 19, 1992… has one sister, Arnecia Sanders, and one brother, Jerry Williams, Jr. … majoring in health and exercise science with plans to become a strength and conditioning coach.
