2015 Indoor Season: ran 9:21.10 at TAMU 13-Team Invitational in 3000m… had a season best time of 16:38.19 in the 5000m at LSU Invitational… participated in the distance medley at LSU Invitational with a 2^nd place mark of 11:27.30 with Hunter Wamack, Lucas Moncla and Joshua Wilkins.
 
2/014 Outdoor Season: Competed in the 3000 meter run and the 5000 meter run during the outdoor season... finished in the top-fifteen three times throughout the outdoor season... had his best performance at the McNeese Spring Time Classic with a time of 17:05.60 finishing 9^th place.
 
2014 Indoor Season:  Competed in the 3000 meter run during the indoor season... placed 22^nd at the Texas A&M 12 Team Invitational with a time of 9:19.27 in the 3000 meter run... at the UH Howie Ryan Invitational & Multis he had a time of 9:23.93 in the 3000 meter run finishing 26^th.
 
2013 Outdoor Season:  Competed in three meets for the Demons… finished third in the 3000m at the Jim Mize Invitational with a time of 9:41.95… placed fourth in the 3000m at the Southeastern Lion Invitational after running a personal-best time of 9:20.11… placed fifth in the 5000m at the McNeese Springtime Classic, crossing the finish line in a personal-best 16:39.14.  
 
2013 Indoor Season: Competed in the 800m, 1 mile, 3000m and 5000m runs… placed seventh in the 3000m at the LSU Twilight Indoor with a time of 9:20.48… finished seventh in the 1 mile run at the McNeese Indoor with a time of 4:47.98. 
 
High School: Graduated with a 3.5 GPA… participated in French club, National Junior Honor Society, and Ultimate Frisbee Club… lettered in track and field and cross country all four years… set the school record in the 3,200m run with a time of 9:51… finished 8th in the 3,200m run at the 5A state track meet as a junior and sixth as a senior… member of the 2012 Louisiana Academic All-State Cross Country team.
 
Personal: Son of Rick and Kathy Elliot… born on Dec. 16, 1993… has one brother, Russell… mother is a diabetics educator and father works in security system sales… father has been named salesman of the year numerous times and grandfather, Bobby Cook, served in the Navy… majoring in health and exercise science … plans to attend graduate school to become an occupational therapist.
