2018 Outdoor Season: Competed in the 100, long and triple jump, and the 4x200…appeared in six meets and had four top-10 finishes in the long…placed sixth in the long (23-9) at Leon Johnson NSU Invitational…was eighth at ULM Warhawk Classic (21-11 ½)…came in ninth at TCU Invitational (21-6 ¼)…made his collegiate debut in the triple at Leon Johnson NSU Invitational and placed fifth (44-1 ½)…competed in the 4x200 at McNeese and placed sixth (1:30.51).
 
2018 Indoor Season: Participated in the 60 and long jump and had one top-10 finish…placed ninth in the long at Ted Nelson Invitational (22-5 ¼)…ran a time of 7.14 in the 60 at Pittsburg State Invitational.
 
2017 Outdoor Season: Participated in the 100 and long jump...appeared once in the Baylor Invitational for the 100 (10.99)...had three top-10 performances…placed fourth in the Louisiana Tech Jim Mize Invitational (21-8)...placed sixth in the University of Houston Tom Tellez Invitational (23-2 ¾)...finished eighth in the TCU Invitational (21-1 ½)...career best is 10.99 in the 100 Dash, 21-7 ½ in the indoor long jump, and 23-2 3/4 in the outdoor long jump.
 
2017 Indoor Season: Participated in three meets...best result came at the UAB Vulcan Invite (20-10), where he finished 12th.
 
2016 Outdoor Season: Top 15 marks in all four meets he participated in … best result was 10th in the McNeese Cowboy Relays (21-8 ¾).
 
2016 Indoor Season: Participated in four meets with three top 10s in the long jump … best result came at the Cameron Communication McNeese Invite (21-7 ½) … also finished tenth at the SLC Indoor Championships (21- ½).
 
High School: A 2015 graduate of Zachary High School… lettered two years in football and three in track and field… was indoor state finalist in the long jump his junior and senior year… as a senior was 4-5A District champion in the long jump… personal best in the long jump was 21-9 and 41-1 ½ in the triple jump… track coach was Christopher Carrier and David Brewerton for football.
 
Personal:  Son of Shelia and Andre James… born September 8, 1997… has two brothers Keith Haynes and Keven James… majoring in biology and plans to go to pharmacy school at University of Louisiana at Monroe or going to the ABC school for welding in Baton Rouge...life’s ambition is to be completely happy with himself.
