2019 Outdoor Season: Competed in the 400 meters at the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational with a time of 54.05.
2019 Indoor Season: Competed in the 400 meters and the 4x400 relay… placed 14^th at the LSU Twilight with a time of 54.41.

High School: Played football and ran track at Saint Thomas More Catholic High School…Jumped 6’0 in the high jump in his senior year…Fastest 400m was 49.7…..Fastest 200 was 21.7…Football state champion in his junior year…In his senior year he went to track regionals in all four of his events.
 
Personal: Born 07/30/2000…Parents are Krystal Jade Harrington and Tony Conthrosis Raphael…Cousin Jason Pellerin plays football at Ole Miss…Plans to attend medical school after graduation…Hopes to become a trainer for a professional sports team.
