1988-89 Postseason Guide: Nothing flashy, but a solid, hard worker who usually spells Carter inside .. scored a season high 14 points in NSU's fourth game of the year against Mississippi College .. her 3.9 points per game puts her eighth on the team, which averages 84.3 a contest ... averages 2.5 rebounds, getting her career high of nine versus North Texas in Natchitoches ... missed only one game this season, and puts in 13.3 minutes per game.

General: Considering she's just a second year player, brings experience both as a starter and reserve to the Lady Demons lineup.

1987-88: NSU's highest scoring freshman after averaging 5.3 points per game, along with another frosh-high 3.0 rebounds ... played in 27 games (missed 2/25 North Texas State encounter(, scoring in 22 of those contests and snatching at least one rebound in 26 games .. started season's first 13 games, averaging 7.2 ppg and 4.2 rebounds (4.0 ppg and 2.0 as a substitute) ... season's best outgoing was 18 point, eight rebound performance against Nevada-Reno (12/18) in second round of Lady Pack Classic ... registered double figure scoring performance on five occasions, topped four rebound plateau in eight other games ... a better than even shooter (50.9%) at home from the floor.

High School:  Three year letterwinner for former Lady Demon Cindy Berry at Grant High School ... averaged nine points per outing her sophomore season as Grant captured state AAA title ... upped her scoring average from 14 points per game to 16 her senior season and also raised her rebounds per game figure from six to nin ... two-time all-district pick, along with team MVP and most valuable player on both offense and defense ... named a Converse all-America honorable mention and all-state as a senior ... jersey was retired following final prep season.
