2016 Southland Conference Commissioner's Spring Honor Roll
2016 Indoor Season: Ran the 800 meter and distance medley while participating in two meets … led off the medley team with Anson Ballow, Grant Butts and Anthony Renteria combining for a first-place time of 11:10.21 in the Cameron Communication McNeese Invite, where he also snagged a sixth-place finish in the 800 meter run.
2016 Outdoor Season: Ran the 800 meter and the 4x800 meter relay while competing in six meets ... accrued four top-10s, including a second-place finish in the McNeese Cowboy Relays with teammates Grant Butts, Josh Wilkins and Anthony Renteria … top individual mark came in the Louisiana Tech Jim Mize Invitational where he was third in the 800 meter with a time of 2:01.17.
High School: 2015 graduate with 3.45 GPA… was class vice president… lettered in basketball, cross country, and track… basketball was district champs, cross country team was state runner-up… went to the state championships each year… was state champion in the 800m and the 1600m as sophomore… as a junior was 2
nd at State in the 800… as a senior was state champion in the 800m, and placed third in the 300m hurdles… coached by mother, Tracy for track and Stacy Hughes for cross country.
Personal: Son of Tracy and Brian Dahlhoff… born December 24, 1996… has two brothers, Kanon and Samuel; one sister Hannah… mother is a teacher and coach; father is a nurse… grandfather is the mayor of Hornbeck… majoring in health and physical education… plans to be a track coach in hometown of Hornbeck.
