2024 Season: Enjoyed a standout debut season in Natchitoches, recording the fourth-most tackles in a single season in school history (162) to lead the Football Championship Subdivision ... finished with double-figure tackles in 11 of the 12 games, including six with at least 16 tackles ... capped the season with 16 tackles at Houston Christian ... recorded 14 stops against Southeastern with two tackles for loss ... named to Phil Steele's FCS Midseason All-American Team ... posted his eighth double-figure tackle game with 10 stops and recorded a fumble recovery against Lamar on Oct. 26 ... recorded his second straight game with at least 16 tackles at Nicholls on Oct. 19 ... tallied 17 stops against East Texas A&M on Oct. 12 ... had 16 tackles at No. 13 Southeast Missouri State on Sept. 28 ... posted 11 tackles and two sacks against Weber State on Sept. 21 ... piled up 23 tackles, two sacks and a forced fumble against Prairie View A&M on Sept. 7, earning Southland Conference Defensive Player of the Week honors ... posted six solo tackles among his 11 total stops in his Northwestern State debut at Tulsa on Aug. 29. 

Prior to NSU: Played three seasons at Lamar ... recorded 83 career tackles for the Cardinals ... ranked second on the team with 61 tackles in 11 games as a sophomore in 2022 ... had 12 tackles with a tackle for loss against Southeastern, establishing a career high for tackles ... had eight tackles in three other games that season ... intercepted a pass against SMU and had a sack against Northern Colorado ... appeared in 17 games for Lamar, including four in 2023, preserving a season of eligibility.

High School: Two-time all-district selection for the Rangers ... team captain went 31-8 in his career, including a 14-1 mark his junior year ... tied the school’s career interception record ... graduated with a 3.56 grade point average.

Personal: Born Oct. 18, 2002 ... son of Windy and Kevin Caroffer ... has four sisters — Tyler, Ella, Katelyn and Alexis — and one brother, Austin ... majoring in business administration .... life’s ambition is to play in the NFL.
