2021 Season:
• Drafted in the ninth round of the MLB First-Year Player Draft by the New York Mets.
• finished the season ranked third nationally in strikeouts per nine innings (15.34) and seventh in hits per nine innings (5.02) -- leading the Southland Conference in both categories.
• led Northwestern State with a .161 opponents' batting average and allowed only one home run and seven total extra-base hits all season.
• struck out seven and did not allow a hit in three innings of the Demons' May 27 Southland Conference Tournament loss against New Orleans.
• whiffed a career-high 14 batters in 6 2-3 innings, taking a no-decision in NSU's 11-inning win against McNeese in Game 2 of a May 8 doubleheader. The 14 strikeouts were the second most in a single game in school history.
• earned Southland Conference Pitcher of the Week honors for the second time in three weeks after striking out 12 in seven scoreless innings of an April 2 win at Abilene Christian.
• struck out a career-high 12 in 6 1-3 innings of a win at Sam Houston (Game 2) on March 20, earning Southland Conference Pitcher of the Week honors.Â
• struck out nine in a career-long seven innings, earning a no-decision against Austin Peay on March 7.
• worked four innings and struck out a then-career-high seven in a no-decision against Tarleton (Game 2) on Feb. 27.
• made his first career start at Southern Miss on Feb. 22, striking out four in two innings.

• Played for the Acadiana Cane Cutters in the Texas Collegiate League.
2020 Season:
• Appeared in five games in relief in his first Division I season.
• did not allow an earned run in his first three appearances.
• earned wins in consecutive appearances against North Alabama (Feb. 23) and at UL Lafayette (Feb. 26).
• struck out a season-best five in two innings against the Ragin' Cajuns.
• allowed an unearned run in 1 2-3 innings of his season debut against Wichita State on Feb. 15, striking out two.

• three-year swimming letterman for Tamara Pruitt, capturing the state championship in the 50 meter freestyle as a senior.
