“Sarah is a freshman who is real raw, but has a lot of potential.  She can be in the middle of our lineup and is going to be a big part of what we are doing.  She is definitely going to add a lot of power in our lineup.”

At Northside Christian HS:  A three-time All-State softball star ... Class C state champion track and field athlete in the shot put and discus as a senior ... batted .600 as a senior, .540 as a junior, .745 as a sophomore and .400 in her freshman year ... a four-year first-team All-District selection as well as making All-Acadia Parish all four seasons ... in basketball, a three-time All-District first-team pick and the District 7-C MVP as a senior, when she was All-State honorable mention and All-Acadia Parish ... in volleyball, first-team All-District  and all-Acadia Parish three times ... a two-time regional champion in the shot put in and discus ... helped softball team win district title in her last three seasons ... four straight district championships in basketball ... in volleyball, her team reached the state tournament in her senior season and was state quarterfinalists a year earlier ... served on the Student Council and was sergeant-at-arms ... recipient of the Kiwanis Club and Lions Club scholarships ... Fellowship of Christian Athletes member.
