2008 Season: Led the team and ranked tied for third in the Southland Conference with four triples... topped the team with 49 hits and a .408 slugging percentage... second on the team with a .282 batting average... tied for the team lead with three home runs... also hit five doubles adn had 13 runs batted in... stole six bases in eight attempts... played and started in 54 games... had 12 multi-hit and four multi-RBI games... was a perfect 4 for 4 against Sam Houston State on Mar. 2 with a triple, RBI and run scored... had a 2 for 2 game with two doubles, two RBI and a run scored... went 2 for 2 against UTSA on Apr. 19 with a triple and two RBIs... 3 for 4 with two runs scored against Stephen F. Austin on May 3.
2007 Season: Played in 55 games, starting 52...ranked fifth on the team in runs scored (21) and second in triples (1)...had eight multi-hit games, including two with three hits...in SLC series at Central Arkansas, went six for eight with four runs scored and three RBI...against SFA, went two for three with two runs scored and an RBI in game two after going one for two with an RBI in game one...tripled against Sam Houston in game one before ending the season in game three at SHSU by going three for four with a run scored.
At George West HS: Lettered in basketball four years, track three years, volleyball two years, and cross country and softball one year...played one year of high school softball but played club softball year round...her freshman season, received district honorable mention in basketball, was a track regional qualifier in three events and a cross country regional qualifier...as a sophomore, received all-district honors for basketball...track regional qualifier in four events and state qualifier in triple jump...received newcomer of the year award for volleyball...as a junior, finished as softball district champions and picked up individual honors including district MVP...basketball finished as district champs and she earned district MVP, all-region team, and all-state team...track regional qualifier in four events and voted to the All-South Texas track team...volleyball team was district champions and she was defensive player of the year...as a senior, finished 2nd in basketball disctict play and picked up individual honors including district MVP, all-region team, and all-state team...was a member of the National Honor Society, Art Club, Spanish Club, and FCCLA.
Personal File: Born on November 12, 1987... daughter of Randy and Alice Stuard... has one brother, Colt (25)...majoring in Health Exercise Science... plans to attend graduate school after completing undergraduate degree... life ambition is to have a family and be successful.
