2022 Outdoor Season: Received the 2022 Steve McCarty Citizenship award from the Southland Conference, which recognizes outstanding qualities in citizenship, sportsmanship, leadership and community service … SLC All-Academic member ... won the inaugural James Carter Exemplary leadership Award at the Louisiana Black Male Summit ... voted to be vice president of the NSU student body ... scored in the both 400 meters and the 4x400 relay at the Southland Conference Championships … placed fifth in the 400 final with a 48.16 … season-best of 47.97 to finish third at the NSU Leon Johnson Invitational … ran a leg on the fourth-place 4x400 relay, clocking a 3:12.10 … part of a seventh-place relay at LSU … competed twice in the 200 meters with a season-best 22.08 to place 15
th at Texas State.
2022 Indoor Season: Ran a leg of the bronze medal 4x400 relay at the SLC Championships with a 3:16.06 … finished third at Texas A&M and ninth at Texas Tech in the relay … competed in five 400 meters races, capping with a 12
th-place finish at the SLC Championships with a 49.63 … season-best 48.64 captured third at Texas A&M with another third the week before at A&M (49.15).
2021 Outdoor Season: Competed in seven outdoor meets as a sprinter … ran the 200 and 400 meters individually, placing 20
th in the 200 and 15
th in the 400 at the SLC Championships … 200 personal best was 21.88 at the Texas State Bobcat Classic (14
th) … 400 personal best was 47.50 at the Texas Relays (15
th) … three fifth-place finishes in the 400 (TCU, NSU and Texas A&M) … ran on the 4x400 relay three times, including a second-place finish at TCU and third-place finish at the LSU Boots Garland.
2021 Indoor Season: Took home bronze at the Southland Conference Indoor Championships in the 4x400 relay with a season best 3:13.74 … competed in the high jump (NH) and 400 meters (49.49), finishing 13th … won first place in the 4x400 at the LSU Louisiana Invite with a 3:18.13 … ran a personal-best 48.87 in the 400 meters at the Texas A&M Ted Nelson Invitational, placing eighth… placed third in the 4x400 relay with a 3.17.81.
High School: Contributed to the dominant Catholic High track program that won two state team titles in Aggrey’s four seasons … Aggrey ran a leg on gold medal relay teams in the 4x200 4x400 as a junior at the LHSAA Outdoor Championships … added two more gold medals at the state meets, both in the 4x400 relay as a freshman and sophomore … as a senior, part of a 4x400 and 4x200 team that each placed second in the LHSAA Indoor Championships … took fourth in the 200 at the LHSAA Indoor Championships with a personal record of 50.57 … competed in the high jump, finishing seventh in indoor … vice president and public relations officer for the student council … member of the CHS honor board … vice president for the African American Affinity Group.
Personal: Son of Ebenezer and Georgina Aggrey … three siblings, brothers Kingsley and George and sister Eunice … a mass communications major who wants to run for political office and live a “good and humble life.”
