2021 Outdoor Season: With three gold medals at the Southland Conference Championships, ranks second in league history with 19 career golds … took first in the 400 (53.14), 4x100 and 4x400 … won all four outdoor golds in the 400, first SLC sprinter to win four golds in same event … silver in the 200 … competed in two individual sprints and one relay at the NCAA East Prelims … set the school record with a 52.55 to reach the prelim finals, where she finished 18
th (52.74) … clocked season-best 23.62 in the 200 at the NCAA East Prelims (29
th) … the 4x400 relay ran the second-fastest time in NSU history (3:36.83) at the NCAA East Prelims to place ninth … that time was second-fastest in Louisiana in 2021 … in the 200, had two event wins (NSU and Texas State) … in the 400, had two event wins (NSU and SLC) … won two 100-meter races, clocking a personal record 11.70 at Texas State after winning the Ice Breaker Classic … five total relay wins in the 4x100 and 4x400.

2020 Outdoor Season: Canceled due to Covid-19 pandemic.

2020 Indoor Season: Competed in the 60, 200, 400 and 600 meters individually as well as the 4x400 meter relay ... set the conference, meet and school record in both the 200 and 400 at the Southland Conference Indoor Championship and a member of the 4x400 relay team that broke the NSU record all on the same day ... ran a 23.50 time in the 200 and 53.25 in the 400 to bring home the gold medal along with the three records in those events ... also set a new personal best in the 60 at the conference meet running a 7.45 in the prelims before just missing her fourth podium in the finals with a fourth place finish and a time of 7.52 ... placed no lower than fifth all season in the 400 with podium finishes at the Houston G5-Super 22 Invitational (54.23) and Texas Tech Matador Qualifier (53.43) ... placed in the top three in all but one run of the 200 during the season with a silver at the Ted Nelson Invitational (24.22) and bronze at the Tyson Invitational (23.98) ... ran a 24.24 at the Houston G5-Super 22 Invitational and took seventh ... set the NSU record in the 4x400 relay at the SLC Championship with Janiel Moore, Jayla Fields and Erin Wilson with a time of 3:41.29 ... also took home the gold in the event at the the Ted Nelson Invitational clocking a 3:48.13 with Diana Granados, Janiel Moore and Erin Wilson ... ran the 600 for the first time in her career at the LSU Purple Tiger finishing third with a time of 1:38.85, it was her only race in the event on the season.
2019 Outdoor Season: Competed in the 200 and 400 meters as well as the 4x100, 4x200, and 4x400 meter relays… placed 33
rd in the 200 meters at the NCAAÂ Â East Regional (23.77) and 20
th in the 400 meters with a personal best 53.21… placed first in the 200 meters at the Southland Conference Championship with a personal best 23.55 and second at the LSU Alumni Gold (23.94w)… placed first in the 400 meters at the Southland Conference Championship (53.49) and the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational (53.69).
2019 Indoor Season: Competed in the 60, 200, and 400 meters as well as the 4x400 meter relay… placed first in the 200 meters at the Southland Conference Championship (24.02) and third in the 60 (7.54) and 400 meters (54.89)… placed first in the 400 meters at the Pittsburg State Invitational (55.11)… part of the 4x400 meter relay team that placed first at the Southland Conference Championship (3:43.60) and the LSU Twilight (3:48.44).
2018 Outdoor Season: Competed in the 100, 200, and 400 meter races along with appearances in the 4x100, 4x400, and 1600 meter medley relay teams during the season…most competitions came in the relay events on the team with Daeshon Gordon, De’Shalyn Jones, and Deja Moore in the 4x100…earned four podium finishes in the event including a pair of race wins at the MSU Cowboy Relays/Bob Hayes La. Challenge (46.03) and the SLC Outdoor Championships (44.75)…their fastest time of the season came in a ninth place finish at the NCAA East Preliminary (44.74)…took third at the TCU Invitational (45.18) and second at the Texas Invitational (46.12)…member of the 4x400 relay team that won two of their five races on the season…took the top spot at the TCU Invitational (3:41.14) and the SLC Outdoor Championships (3:36.31), their best time coming at the conference meet…placed 18
th overall at the NCAA East Preliminary with a time of 3:38.14…ran the 100 meter dash as an individual on one occasion at the Texas State Bobcat Invitational with a time of 12.19…took five turns at the 200 meter distance on the season with three top-five finals finishes…placed fourth in the SFA Skecher’s Performance Carl Kight Invitational (25.10), Leon Johnson NSU Invitational (24.41), and the SLC Outdoor Championships (24.02 +3.0w)…won the 400 meter dash at two meets with her best time coming in the SLC Outdoor Championships running a 53.63 to win the conference event…other race victory came at the TCU Invitational (54.39) and posted a time of 54.64 at the NCAA East Preliminary…competed in the 1600 meter sprint medley relay once at the MSU Cowboy Relays/Bob Hayes La. Challenge taking first place with a time of 4:00.40 with Jasmine Hall, Deja Moore, and Jessica Coleman
2018 Indoor Season: Competed in the 60, 200, and 400 meter distances as an individual as well as a member of the 4x400 meter relay team during the season…ran the 60 meter dash in three meets never finishing lower than sixth in any attempt…took fifth at the TAMU Ted Nelson Invitational (7.63) and sixth in the SLC Indoor Championships (7.63)…best time came in the preliminary race at the Pittsburg State Invitational (7.59) which was a new career best…took second in the 200 meter dash at the SLC Indoor Championships with her second best time of the season, 24.03…set a new career best in the UA Tyson Invitational with a time of 23.99…finished first in three of four races in the 400 meter distances on the year…won the Pittsburg State Invitational with a time of 55.38 and took first in both the prelims and finals at the SLC Indoor Championships with times of 55.28 and 54.78 respectively…ran in the 4x400 meter relay at four meets with four top-five finishes on the year…won the TAMU Ted Nelson Invitational (3:47.40) and the SLC Indoor Championships (3:43.89)…fastest time came in the UA Tyson Invitational where the team finished fourth overall with a mark of 3:41.76
2017 Outdoor Season: Participated in the dashes and relays… experienced the nation’s largest meet for her age group, the Pan American Junior Championships, where she placed third in her heat for the 200 (24.60) and 12
th overall then fifth in her heat for the 400 (55.02) and 13
th overall… qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary where she placed 44
th (55.36) in the 400 and 42
nd in the 200 (23.99)… brought home three gold medals from the SLC Outdoor Championship in the 400 (53.85) after placing third in the prelims (54.61) and in the 4x100 (45.30) and 4x400 (3:39.16)… teamed up with Braneshia Payton, De’Shalyn Jones and Tamara Style for the 4x100 victory and Tamara Style, De’Shalyn Jones and Madison Morton for the 4x400… additionally placed third (23.68) in the 200 for a personal record after placing fourth in the prelims (24.05) in the conference meet… earned the title of LSWA’s All-Louisiana Track and Field Team for the 4x400 and 4x100…stamped her name on the Lady Demon Top 5 list four times… improved her personal records in the 100 (11.70), the 400 (53.25), the 4x100 (45:30), the 4x200 (1:35.70), the 4x400 (3:39.16) and the 1600 medley (4:06.32).
2017 Indoor Season: Competed in the 60, 200, 400 and 4x400… won a gold medal in the 4x400 (3:45.43) in the SLC Indoor Championship with Tamara Style, Daeshon Gordon and De’Shalyn Jones which brought NSU to their highest point total at the conference meet in 30 years… additionally took fourth place in the 200 prelims (24.51) then fourth again in the finals (24.39) and also placed ninth in the 400 (57.47)… selected for the 2017 LSWA’s All-Louisiana Track and Field Team for the 4x100 and 4x400… had another top-notch performance at the Pittsburg State Invitational in the 4x400 where she teamed up with Tamara Style, Daeshon Gordon and De’Shalyn Jones for a gold medal and team season-best record…placed in the top-four in nine meets and brought home three wins including the UAB Vulcan Invite (56.79) in the 400, the Pittsburg Gorilla Classic in the 4x400 (3:45.37) and her big win at the conference championship… improved her personal records in the 60 (7.67), the 200 (24.39), the 400 (55.75) and the 4x400 (3:45.37).

High School: Lettered four years in track and field… as a sophomore, was a member of the 4x400 team that placed second in the UIL 5A Region finals (3:54.54), and eighth in the state championships (3:56.48)… as a junior, she helped her 4x100 team win the 15-6A district (46.89) and area championships (47.02)… as a senior, was part of the 4x100 district and 6A area championships… individually, she won the 15-6A district championship in the 400 (56.04), and the UIL Region 2-6A (55.32), was also second in the 6A area championships (56.52) and third in the UIL 6A state championships (55.70)… as a senior, she won the UIL District 6A 400m (54.17) and the area championship (54.88), also finished second in the 6A Region II (54.67) and the UIL 6A state championship (54.61)… was a member of the National Honor Society, National Society of High School Scholars and DECA.
Personal: Daughter of Tamika Hall… has two siblings, brother La’Darion Williams and sister Tara’Neisha Williams… majoring in psychology and veterinary technology, with plans to become a professional athlete and obtain her masters....once her career ends, she plans to join the Navy...life's ambition is to obtain as many degrees as possible, achieve all goals as a professional athlete, travel the world, manage a great paying job, support my family, get married and have a family.
