2019 NCAA All-American, Second Team, Pole Vault

2021 Outdoor Season: Competed once at the Ice Breaker Classic, recording no height.
2021 Indoor Season: Competed three times in the pole vault, recording one height … placed fourth with a 12-4 at the Texas A&M Ted Nelson Invitational. 

2020 Outdoor Season: Canceled due to Covid-19 pandemic.
2020 Indoor Season: Did not compete.

2019 Outdoor Season: Garnered All-American status in the pole vault when she finished 14th at the NCAA Outdoor Championships by breaking the school record with a 13-9.25 ... advanced to nationals by finishing 10th at the NCAA East Regionals (13-8.25) ... pieced together five top-five finishes, including a fourth at the SLC Championships ... finished second at NSU’s Leon Johnson and the LSU Alumni Gold.
2019 Indoor Season:  Competed in the pole vault… placed fourth at the Southland Conference Championship (12-9)… placed in the top eight at five meets, including a first place finish at the Ted Nelson Invitational (13-0.25).

2018 Outdoor Season:  Competed in the pole vault in six meets on the season…both her best finish and highest vault came at the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational where she took the top spot with a mark of 12-1.5…finished fourth at the MSU Cowboy Relays/Bob Hayes La. Challenge with a mark of 10-11.75…only other results came in the TCU Invitational (11-6.25) and the SLC Outdoor Championships (11-5 ¾), finishing eighth in the latter.
2018 Indoor Season: Competed in the pole vault at four indoor meets during the season…recorded a new career best at the Pittsburg State Invitational with a height of 11-1, earning a sixth-place finish…only other mark of the year came at the SLC Indoor Championships where she cleared 11-0.75,  finishing 12th overall. 

High School: Graduated in 2017 from Hackberry High School in Hackberry … participated in varsity track and field and varsity cheerleading for four years… helped her team earn four LHSAA Outdoor Track and Field Girls’ Class C Champion titles in events including the 100, 200, 100-meter hurdles and pole vault… individually was a four-time state champion in the 100-meter hurdles, a four-time state champion in the pole-vault where she broke a Class C record, a three-time state champion in the 100 and a state champion in the 200… received the LHSAA Outstanding Female Athlete award and the LHSAA Outdoor Track and Field State Championship Most Outstanding Athlete award.
 
Personal:  Daughter of Kent and Michelle Darbonne… has a sister, Kennedy… is majoring in general studies with the aspiration to become an occupational therapist.
