2020-21 Season (Senior:) Started all 29 games at point guard, extending his consecutive starts streak to 46 ... led the Demons in assists (73) and posted a 2.2 assist-to-turnover ratio, best on the team ... had a season-high seven assists in a Southland Conference Tournament win against New Orleans ... finished NSU's two-game SLC Tournament stay with 11 assists and just two turnovers ... went 3-3 from the field and finished with a season-high eight points in a win against Houston Baptist that clinched NSU's spot in the SLC Tournament ... had seven games with at least four assists ... showed a knack for beating the shot clock with 3-pointers, including long heaves against Louisiana Tech and No. 1 Gonzaga. 

2019-20 Season (Junior): Emerged as the starting point guard for 19 games, including the last 17, as part of his 29 appearances … picked to the Southland Conference All-Academic Second Team with a 3.32 GPA in child anf family studies ... second on the team with 62 assists to pair with his 3.7 points per game … five assists and a crucial three-point play in the SLC Tournament win against TAMU-CC … career-high 11 assists at McNeese … had a five-game stretch in January in which he had 29 points, 23 assists and seven turnovers … scored a season-high eight points three times, all in wins … best floor game came at UIW – eight points, six assists and a season-high five rebounds … had three assists or more six times … his 2:1 assist-turnover ratio was best on the team.
 
2018-19 Season (Sophomore): Jones was the primary starting point guard with 23 starts and 26 appearances ... 67 assists (2.7 per game) was a team-high ... averaged six points per game, ranking fifth on the team ... five double-digit scoring efforts with a career-high tying 15 points against Southern, adding four assists and two steals ... other double-digit games included New Orleans (14), Stephen F. Austin (14), Texas A&M (13) and Centenary (11) ... against SFA, also had career-high 10 assists ... had five or more assists four times, including at Texas A&M and McNeese (seven each) ... second-best free-throw shooter on the team at 79 percent (52-of-66) ... went 9-of-12 vs. Southern and 8-of-10 vs. Texas A&M ... played at least 30 minutes in four different games, including 35 vs. SFA.

2017-18 Season (Freshman): Appeared in all 29 games, took over as the starting point guard for the last 20 games ... averaged 5.4 points in nearly 25 minutes per game ... in 18 Southland games, his scoring average was 7.4, fourth overall and second among players returning for 2018-19 ... his FG (35%, +2%) and 3-point aim (34%, +5%) was also better in Southland games as he started all 18, one of three players (Ishmael Lane, Malik Metoyer) to do so ... team-high 39 assists ... third on the team with 17 steals ... scored career-high 15 points against Stephen F. High School: Was Class 3A Most Outstanding Player as a senior for second straight state finalist, coached by his father, Casey Jones ... two-time Academic All-State selection who graduated with a 4.0 GPA and was class valedictorian ... National Honor Society member ... twice LHSAA All-Top 28 Team selection at state tournament ... two-time MVP on the All-Northeast Louisiana Team chosen by the Monroe News-Star, and the All-Parish Team selected by the Ouachita Citizen ... 21.0 points per game, 8.0 assists per game, 4.0 rebounds in 2016-17 as a senior, leading Wossman to a 29-10 record ... All-state first team pick as a junior, who averaged 23.2 points, 7.2 assists, 4.0 rebounds as a junior as Wildcats finished as state runner-up with a 25-9 record ... hit a half-court shot to win 2016 state semifinal game over defending champion Alexandria-Peabody ... four-year all-district choice, twice MVP, with a career scoring high of 39 points ... played his freshman and sophomore years at Ouachita Parish HS for his father ... helped the Lions go 31-5 as a sophomore, 19-13 in his freshman year, in one of the state’s toughest Class 5A (largest classification) districts.

His mother is a middle school principal, father is a teacher and coach ... his father played point guard for three Southland Conference championship teams at UL Monroe (then Northeast Louisiana) ... has an older sister, Cashea and a younger brother, Jalen ... majoring in child and family studies and holds a 3.4 GPA ... wants to eventually coach basketball ... life’s ambition is “to better the city of Monroe.”
