2018 Outdoor Season: Ran in the 110 hurdles and the 4x100 in seven meets and had seven tp-10 finishes…won the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational in the hurdles (14.60)…finished fourth at McNeese Last Chance (14.67)…came in sixth at TCU Invitational (14.59)…placed seventh in SLC Outdoor Championships (14.66) after coming in fourth in the preliminaries (14.67)…was eighth at LSU Alumni Gold (15.27)…in the relays, came in second in the 4x100 at McNeese Cowboy Relays (40.70)
2018 Indoor Season: Ran the 60 hurdles primarily during the indoor season in five events and had two top-10 finishes…placed second in the SLC Indoor Championships (8.03) after finishing third in the preliminaries (8.15)…came in fifth at Pittsburg State Invitational after finishing fifth in the prelims…ran in the prelims at LSY Bayou Bengal (8.46), Tyson Invitational (8.07), Indoor Gorilla Classic (8.12)…ran the 60 at Pittsburg State Invitational (7.14) and at Indoor Gorilla Classic (7.01).
Prior to NSU: Competed in the 100 dash, 110 and 400 hurdles, 4x1 and 4x4 relay in the 2017 outdoor season...had seven top-five finishes in the 110 hurdles...won the Wichita State KT Woodman Classic (13.93), the Friends Invitational (14.24), Reiver’s April Fools Classic (14.71), and the Wildcat Classic (14.49)...finished third in the NJCAA DI Outdoor Track & Field National Championships (14.01)...finished second in the Region XI Championships (14.01)...also finished second in the Kansas Relays (14.14)...had one top-five finish in the 400 hurdles, winning the Reiver April Fools Classic (57.22)...finished fifth in the Friends Invitational (56.99)...had four top-five finishes in the 4x1...finished first in the Friends Invitational (40.96)...finished second in the Reiver’s April Fools Classic (41.67)...also finished second in the Region XI Championships (40.31)...finished fourth in the Drake Relays (41.02)...competed in the 100 dash in the Wichita State KT Woodman Classic (10.86)...competed in the 60, 200, and the 60 hurdles in the 2017 indoor season...had three wins in the 60...won the San Diego State University Indoor Classic (6.85), San Diego State DII Invite (6.81), and the Ward Haylet Invitational (6.80)...competed in the 200 in one meet...had four top-five 60 hurdles finishes...won the SDSU Indoor Classic (7.94), the DSU DII Invite (8.14), and the Ward Haylet Invitational (8.06)...finished second in the Jayhawk Classic (7.99)...participated in the 110 and 400 hurdles in the 2016 outdoor season...finished second in the Grand View Viking Classic in the 400 (56.96).
High School: Graduated from Westlake High School with a 2.8 GPA...had a breakout season his senior year by breaking his high school in the first meet of the seasons in hurdles, ranked first in Georgia for the 300 hurdles and second in Georgia for the 100 hurdles...ranked second in the 300h and fifth in the 110h in the nation...broke the Fulton county’s MVP of the week.
Personal: Son of Emmanuel and Danielle...Brother of Gabe, Arden, Antoine, David, KJ Malicah, Trinity, and Tori...brother Arden played football at LSU and is an NFL Draft prospect...god sister Joanna Atkins was a track runner at Auburn and won the 2009 NCAA Outdoor Champion in the 400...majoring in athletic training...plans to be a professional runner and open his own athletic training department...life’s ambition is to be a great student athlete and to become a professional runner.
