2018 Outdoor Season: Competed in the javelin event at six meets during the season…finished in the top-10 in five of the six meets including three podium finishes during the year…won the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational with a throw of 131-9 (40.15m), her second longest of the season…the best mark came in a bronze finish at the MSU Cowboy Relays/Bob Hayes La. Challenge, setting a new career best with a toss of 138-11 ¼” (42.34m)…took silver at the SFA Skecher’s Performance Carl Kight Invitational (126-7), seventh at the TCU Invitational (124-0), and ninth at the LSU Alumni Gold (119-3)
 
2018 Indoor Season: Did not compete

High School: Graduated in 2017 from Haynesville High School in Haynesville… competed in track and field and softball… broke the school record in the javelin throw with a personal record of 130-1/2… helped facilitate a team runner-up result at the state competition…was awarded most field points in 2017… lettered three times in track and field… earned a 3.55 GPA and was inducted into the National Honors Society.
 
Personal: Born on Nov. 24, 1998… daughter of Marcel Hunter and Adrian Critton… has a sister, Jacoriea Hunter and a brother, Diazeo Critton… Diazeo graduated from Louisiana Tech as a javelin thrower who qualified for state-level competition for three consecutive years… majoring in criminal justice with the desire to join the US Army active duty and earn a master’s degree in criminal justice.
