rdplace finish of 45-11.25 in the shot and 165-1 in the hammer… ranked 9
th in the shot and hammer in the SLC… ranked 98 in the nation for the shot.
2015 Indoor Season: Participated in three meets performing in the weight and the shot… best time in the weight was at the SLC Indoor Championships with a throw of 50-7.5… best in the shot was at TAMU 13-Team Invitational with a throw of 44-3.25… ranked 11
th in the shot and 12
th in the weight in the SLC.
2014 Outdoor Season: Received 6
th place at the SFA Sketcher’s Carl Kight Invitational in shot put with a throw of 44-06.75… career best hammer throw at the SLC Outdoor Championships with a throw of 147-10 placing 12
th.
2014 Indoor Season: Recorded her best shot put performance of the year at LSU Twilight receiving 5
th place with a throw of 42-10.75… in the weight throw her best distance of the year was at the USM Cupid Classic with a throw of 45-0250 placing 6
th.
High School: Lettered four years in track and field, three years in basketball, and one year in softball... placed 3
rdin regionals, won district, and placed 5
th in the state for track and field in her freshman season… became a four-time district champion in her four years of high school… also a two-time regional champ… named indoor champion as a junior, and outdoor champion in her senior season… in basketball, she received 2
nd team all-district in her junior season and 1
st team all-district her senior season.
Personal: Daughter of Gerald Andrus and the late Lisa Andrus… born February, 4, 1995… has three brothers, Jessie, Ryan, and Jazz… has one sister, Kayeswanna… majoring in health and exercise science and plans to attend physical therapy school after graduation.
