2011 Season:
• Finished the season with a .267 batting average on 23 hits in 86 at-bats
• Fourth on the team with seven steals
• Had nine RBI, three doubles, one triple, and 15 runs
• Set single-game career highs in runs, hits, and doubles
• In the last 10 games he hit 15-of- 34 (.441) including at least one hit in eight of those 10 games
• Finished the season on a five game hit streak.
• Against Central Arkansas, he went 3-for-4 with a double, RBI and run scored
• Against Texas-San Antonio, he didn’t register a hit or an at-bat but scored two runs after entering as a pinch-hitter then getting HBP
 
Prior to NSU:  
• Hit .348 with a home run, 17 doubles, a triple, and 51 RBIs at Odessa College where he helped his team advance to the regional tournament
 
High School:  
•A standout player at All Hallows High School in Bronx, New York
• had his jersey retired following his senior season - only the second one in school history
• earned MVP as a junior and was the player of the year and won the hitting title as a sophomore as his team won the city championship
• as a freshman, earned the first gold glove awarded as his team lost in the championship game
