2007 Season:

Posted three career personal bests in the 60 meters, 200 meters and 400 meters... Finished second in the 400 meters at the John McDonnell Invitational (4/21) and had a fourth place finish in the 100 meters at the NSU Invitational outdoor meet (4/14)... Finished eighth in the 60 meters at the SLC indoor championships with a time of 7.89.

2006 Season:

Finished sixth in the 400m at the Dogwood Invitational... Finished seventh in 100m and 200m at the Houston Invitational... Finished seventh in the 200m at the Ole Miss Dual Meets.

2005 Season:

Did not compete due to injury.

High School:

Ran 100m and 200m and long jump all four years...runner-up in state 100m senior season...fourth at state in 200m junior season...two-time state runner-up in 4x100m relay team...fourth in state 4x200m relay sophomore season...long jump district champion junior season...lettered four years in track & field and three years as a cheerleader...named to Who’s Who Among High School Students...Academic All-State...member of Student Council, FCA, FBLA, 4-H club, and Homecoming court.

Personal:

Daughter of Samuel and Rita Flowers...has two brothers, Timothy and Terell, and two sisters, Sharita and Sabrina...Timothy is a Sgt. in Air Force...father is 10-year member of Winnfield Police Jury...has made the Honor Roll and Dean’s List...member of FCA and AAC and is a tutor...member of Mu Epsilon Delta... majoring in biology with plans to attend Dental School.
