2010 Indoor Season: Did not compete in the indoor season.
2009 Season: For the indoor season, competed in the 1-mile, 1500 meters, 3000 meters, 5000 meters and a member of the 4x400 meter relay team... had a fourth place finish at the Cowboy Relays in the 1500 meters with a personal best time of 4:21.59... part of the 4x400 relay team that clocked a 3:33.00 for a third place finish at the Cowboy Invitational... in the outdoor season, placed seventh in the 5000 meters with a personal best time of 9:45.62 at the LSU Invitational... had three top 10 finishes in the 1500 meters with a best of 8th at the NSU Invitational (4:27.38) and the Cowboy Relays (4:25.35)... placed 22nd in the SLC Outdoor Championships in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:28.50 and was 16th in the 3000 meter steeple chase at the Seminole Invite with a time of 9:57.51.
High School: Competed in the 1600 and 3200 meters at the Region 2 Meet... ran a 4:38 mile and 10:07 in the 3200 run... ran a 2:08 in the 800 meters at the Eunice Triangular... ran a 16:09 in a 3-mile cross country race at the Sacred Heart Invite... lettered four years in cross country, indoor and outdoor track... Academic All-State in cross country and track in 2006... Eagle Scout and a member of the Beta Club.
Personal: Born Mar. 4, 1989... son of Carl and Sandra Dischler... his uncle, Craig Henry, is a member of the McNeese State Athletic Hall of Fame... majoring in biology and has plans on going into sports therapy.
