2009 Cross Country: Had a fourth place finish at the Centenary Invitational and second at the NSU meet... second Lady Demon to finish at the SLC Championships with an overall place of 55th.

High School: Lettered in soccer, cross country and track in her high school career... track team finished third at state in freshman, sophomore and junior seasons... Won the state championship senior year... In her freshman year, took home eighth place in her individual contest... improved the next two seasons, finishing seventh her junior season and sixth in her final year at St. Joseph's.

Personal: Born Allison Marie Fontenot December 18, 1990... has one brother, Evan and is the daughter of Darla and Blaine Fontentot... nicknamed Ali, majoring in Health and Exercise Sciences and plans to graduate in 2013.
