2009 Season: Competed in one race during the cross country season where she finished 45th at the Louisiana Tech Invitational.

2008 Season: Ran the 800s during the indoor season and the 400 meter hurdles and 1600 meter sprint medley relays in the outdoor season... ran a personal best 2:27.46 in the 800 meters for a fourth place finish at the Bayou Bengal Invitational... outdoor, ran a 1:06.07 in the 400 meter hurdles at the LSU Alumni Gold... that time ranked her 15th in the SLC rankings.

High School: Participated in three events in track and field and also ran on the cross country team at Episcopal High School... qualified for the state meet in both the 800 meters (2:21.9) and 4x400 split relays (58.9)...  had a best time of 19:33 in a 3-mile cross country race... also lettered one season in soccer... a member of the St. Francis Society and Art Club and the president of the Science Club.

Personal: Born May 10, 1988... daughter of Chris and Tammy Beckman... father is a high school basketball coach... two brothers, Timothy and Christopher... majoring in psychology with a minor in art.
