HATTIESBURG, Mississippi – The chance of inclement weather here led to the cancelation of the Northwestern State tennis team's Saturday match against Florida A&M and the remainder of its match against Southern Miss.

Rain soaked the Southern Miss campus and brought Friday's match against the Golden Eagles to a halt after the doubles competition was completed.

NSU will return to Natchitoches before hitting the road for Texas next weekend. Starting in San Antonio on Saturday, the Lady Demons are set to compete against UTSA, before heading up I-35 to face off with Texas State and SMU.
